SURVEYING SERVICES

JWSE performs a full range of Professional Land Surveying services which include:

• Boundary and topographic surveys to support the engineering design of projects
• Record Plats including Preliminary, Final and Right-of-Way plats
• Construction stakeout and As-Built Surveys to take projects from start to finish
  
  JWSE maintains the ability to survey in State Plane coordinate systems using established control marks or GPS systems making the data and drawings fit seamlessly into ArcView GIS systems for creating high quality photo-overlay rendering presentations for government agency submittal requirements and marketing purposes.
  
  By utilizing in-house staff from the beginning of the project, JWSE controls the pace of plan preparation and submittal and provides a “one-stop shop” from the Client’s perspective saving valuable time.
